Policies and Rules...

1.  The Food Manufacturing Forum will be a collaboration between Gage Associates, First Quality Improvement Solutions and the Food Business Initiative at Harper Adams University College
2.  The Food Manufacturing Forum will exist for the benefit of its Members: the Member Companies and the Sponsor Companies
3.  A Member Company shall be defined as a food business engaged in the processing or manufacture of food materials and food products
4.  A Sponsor Company shall be defined as a business supplying goods and/or services to food processing and manufacturing companies
5.  The operation of the Food Manufacturing Forum and its day-to-day administration shall be undertaken by the Management Team

6.  Member Companies, Sponsor Companies and the Management Team shall conduct themselves at all times in a manner commensurate with, and appropriate to, the good of the Food Manufacturing Forum
7.  The Management Team shall establish the Policy and Rules of the Food Manufacturing Forum with reference to the Members
8.  The Management Team shall establish an annual programme of activities, including specialist speakers, workshops and networking opportunities
9.  A Food Manufacturing Forum newsletter shall be sent each month to Members
10.  A Food Manufacturing Forum website shall be established and maintained for the benefit of Members

11.  Member Companies of the Food Manufacturing Forum shall be entitled to nominate a Principal Delegate to attend Forum meetings
12.  Member Companies of the Food Manufacturing Forum shall be entitled to nominate a Substitute Delegate to replace the Principal Delegate when necessary
13.  Member Companies shall be entitled to attend all (10) of the Forum meetings
14.  Member Companies shall be entitled to pay an additional membership fee to send one delegate additional to the Principal Delegate to each of the meetings
15.  Sponsor Companies of the Food Manufacturing Forum shall be entitled to nominate a Principal Delegate to attend Forum meetings

16.  Sponsor Companies of the Food Manufacturing Forum shall be entitled to nominate a Substitute Delegate to replace the Principal Delegate when necessary
17.  Sponsor Companies shall be entitled to attend half (5) of the Forum meetings
18.  The Forum meetings shall normally be held at Harper Adams University College
19.  The Forum meetings shall normally take place on the last Tuesday of the month, between 8:00 am and 10:00 am
